At Hunting Lease Texas, we believe that hunting is more than a sport, it is a shared heritage. Our properties are managed with a deep respect for the land and a commitment to inclusivity. Our patriarch property has been in the family 31 years. We have 2,000 acres located in Hardin County TX, with other properties available across Texas. We are the true family deer club in Texas, where women and children are accepted. We have a management team that aids in sustaining and developing our deer herd, property and family culture.

 

We harvest quality deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the campfire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvesting game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. I look forward to hunting with all our members, one day passing this deer club down to my children to run.

 

No power onsite we use generators, we provide well water, skinning racks and a rifle range. We have two large campsites for campers, RV’s or tents. There is 365 days of hunting access, good roads all year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, the hunting parcels are turnkey formats and established, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member.

 

We go with the Hardin County bag limit of 4 deer per member, with mandatory protein feeding, hog panel program and only harvesting 3.5-YEAR-OLD deer and older. A free guest 4-day weekend is available, Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only. Guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and predators during the 4 days.

 

Spouse and immediate children 18 years old and under, in school, hunt free at no additional charge from the member's hunting spot. Planting and a water source are highly recommended at your hunting spot. We have annual clean up days, meetings and brush hog days.

 

Our vetting program includes a phone interview and an IN-PERSON property tour if selected. every member receives the gate combination, GPS pin to the hunting parcel and bylaw rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Surveillance cameras are utilized ONSITE. we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. My Grandpa was my hero and my hunting PARTNER, we will continue to honor his vision of having an affordable and safe place for families to make memories.
